ANOTHER of Strabane’s long-standing traders is putting his business up for sale this week, only this time around, he’s not a victim of the recession.
Frank Sumner has this week insisted the sale of Strabane Garden Centre is merely because he is embarking on the “third phase” of his life and that the centre should be sold as an on-going concern.
Opting for sale following 12 months of consideration and decision making, Mr Sumner revealed that his decision was made on the basis that none of his four sons have the commitment or the desire to carry on in their father’s footsteps.
