POLICE in Strabane are continuing to assist the Fire Service following a blaze at a disused factory.

The former Moldall factory at Ballycolman Industrial Estate was gutted when flames swept through it yesterday (Monday) afternoon.
While no cause has been established, it is believed the fire was started deliberately.
Sinn Féin’s Brian McMahon said, “Unfortunately, there is a small element of young people who have been making life a misery for residents in the wider Ballycolman area and today’s arson attack is but the latest incident in a long line of such anti-community activities.”
