Pheasants stolen from gun club

POLICE in Strabane are appealing for information following a theft of 50 pheasants.
It is believed the theft occurred sometime between Tuesday August 28 and Thursday August 30 from a gun club on the Gortmellon Road, Cullion. It is believed thieves broke into the club grounds and stole approximately fifty pheasants.
Police are asking anyone who may have any information to contact them.
“Anyone with information about this theft can contact us at Strabane station on 0845 600 8000 or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111,” a spokesperson said.
