This month has seen the return of Strabane band Those Ghosts with the release of their latest single ‘Lemon Milk.’
With a clutch of new tracks and a fresh drive for 2017, ‘Lemon Milk’ is a heavier effort for the band.
Recorded at Blast Furnace Studios Lemon Milk, a drop-tuned, guitar-driven track, sees the band embrace a meatier production and still retain their trademark anthemic, hooky sound.
Local fans got to sample the new release at a gig in Dicey’s Waiting Room, on Easter Monday with the band planning to get back into the recording studio and laying down a few more tracks really soon.
Speaking about their newest single Shane Coyle explained, “Musically we wanted to write something big and open, riffy and melodic.
“Something to blow away the cobwebs and kick-start the party.
“We are hoping to have a number of gigs lined up soon with the potential of playing a few summer festivals.”
‘Lemon Milk,’ will be made available to download at Apple Music, Spotify, Amazon and via Those Ghosts bandcamp page – http://thoseghosts.bandcamp.com/.
