THREE injury time points helped edge Urney to a crucial victory in their scrap to avoid relegation out of the top flight and leap-frogged them above their neighbours Strabane at the foot of the Division One table in the process.

A 60th minute goal smashed home at the near post by Michael Logue seemed to have earned the Sigersons a share of the spoils as they reeled in a six point deficit in the closing stages, but the St Columba’s regrouped, and two scores from Christopher Bogle, sandwiching a Ronan Lafferty effort,  ensured the hosts emerged triumphant.

Man of the match Aiden Lynch was Urney’s goalscorer while Michael Etherson grabbed the first goal for Strabane.
