St Davog’s in winner-takes-all clash with Clarkes

AGHYARAN will bid to secure their top-flight status when they lock horns with Dungannon in a winner-takes-all Division 1/2 promotion-relegation play-off at Killyclogher on Saturday.

The St Davog’s booked their place in the final showdown by hitting Pomeroy for 6-5 in their relegation play-off at Michael Dolan last weekend. Ronan McHugh and Malachy Martin both goaled twice with Paddy McNulty and Cathal Browne also finding the net.

Goals also made all the difference for the Clarkes, who recorded a 3-11 to 1-8 victory over Loughmacrory in the Division Two promotion play-off.
